I do not know how much control you have over your device, but I may have a few ideas.
1 requires root and the ability to flash zip files.
Deleting the google apps using an app (this does require root) and then flashing the correct gapps package from www.opengapps.org should reinstall all Google apps, thus remove the data stored in the apps.
2 does not require root and should work on a stock device
I believe Huawei phones have the ability to run in safe mode, and not start any apps in the process. This way you should be able to wipe the apps.
Enabling safe mode: Off. Press and hold to On. When "Huawei "logo is displayed, release the key On. Immediately after releasing the Power key, hold the key Volume down . Keep holding down the Volume Down key until the phone finishes rebooting. Release the key Volume down when you see Safe Mode appear in the lower left corner of the screen. - source: www.howtosafemode.com
Disabling safe mode: Simply restart :)
I'm currently on my phone so I'm sorry for the bad formatting.
Ideas? Probably something went wrong with Google Play Services. Just reverting it to stock should fix it.
