I learned that apps declare in manifest.xml if they can be moved or installed on SD. I have formatted my memory card such that it is treated as internal. My device also does not support removable storage via USB, so I use Media Device, which does not unmount SD. But actual internal is almost full, slowing down my phone. It's not rooted. I also don't care if some functionalities (like widgets and on-start-up) break
