Any recommendations on the best way to automate the testing of standard forms on web pages of my website via mobile?

Currently, we're trying out Katalon Enterprise, but very appreciative of any suggestions.

The only testing recommendations that I've seen are for native apps, but i need to test the functionality in various browsers and devices in portrait and landscape modes, as well a visual regression.
